CHURCH ANNIVERSARY

Important Notice

This is the registration for the WSCC Church Anniversary held in the main hall of church on 20 June, 2021.

• We ask each attendee to bring their own mask to wear during the service.

• We will prohibit entry into our church building if:

1. You feel unwell or have any symptoms related to COVID-19 (including sore throat, sneezing, runny nose, fever, cough).

2. You travelled internationally, interstate or to a known NSW COVID-19 hotspot in the last 14 days

3. You have been in contact with a known or suspect COVID-19 positive case in the last 14 days.

• We are required to check each attendee’s temperature upon arrival at church.
